Stop Customer Abuse


I don’t know when customers are listening, so I bombard them all the time.

Customers use adblockers, so I break through their defences.

Customers are on mobile, so I dominate their screen-space.

Customers are busy, so I interrupt what they are doing.

The internet is noisy, so I shout to make myself heard.

Customers aren’t interested, so I tempt them with clickbait.

Customers leave without buying, so I pester them to come back.

The majority don’t click, so I ignore the majority.
